Passenger Policy

Service Animals

  • Only qualified service dogs as defined under Alberta’s Service Dogs Act are permitted on board.

  • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are considered pets and are not permitted.

  • Passengers are strongly encouraged to submit a valid, government-issued service dog identification or certificate to info@easygomountainsshuttle.ca at least 48 hours prior to ensure appropriate seating/space.

  • The Company complies with the Alberta Human Rights Act and reserves the right to deny transport to any animal that poses a safety or operational risk.

Children & Safety Seats

  • Children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in an approved child safety seat.

  • Passengers are encouraged to bring their own child safety seat(s).

  • If unable to do so, passengers must notify the Company by emailing info@easygomountainsshuttle.ca at least 72 hours prior to departure. Complimentary child safety seats may be provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse transport if a child is not properly restrained.

Passenger Conduct
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers:

  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited.

  • Unruly, aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Passengers emitting strong or offensive odors from themselves or their belongings may be denied boarding or removed from the vehicle.

  • The driver has full discretion to refuse service or remove passengers for safety or conduct reasons.

  • Passengers removed for any of the above reasons will not be entitled to a refund, and the Company will not be responsible for onward transportation.

Personal Belongings

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

  • The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
