Passenger Policy
Service Animals

Only qualified service dogs as defined under Alberta’s Service Dogs Act are permitted on board.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are considered pets and are not permitted.

Passengers are strongly encouraged to submit a valid, government-issued service dog identification or certificate to info@easygomountainsshuttle.ca at least 48 hours prior to ensure appropriate seating/space.

The Company complies with the Alberta Human Rights Act and reserves the right to deny transport to any animal that poses a safety or operational risk.
Children & Safety Seats

Children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in an approved child safety seat.

Passengers are encouraged to bring their own child safety seat(s).

If unable to do so, passengers must notify the Company by emailing info@easygomountainsshuttle.ca at least 72 hours prior to departure. Complimentary child safety seats may be provided subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse transport if a child is not properly restrained.
Passenger Conduct
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers:

Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited.

Unruly, aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Passengers emitting strong or offensive odors from themselves or their belongings may be denied boarding or removed from the vehicle.

The driver has full discretion to refuse service or remove passengers for safety or conduct reasons.

Passengers removed for any of the above reasons will not be entitled to a refund, and the Company will not be responsible for onward transportation.
Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
