2. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EasyGO Shuttle & Tours, governing your access to and use of this website and participation in any services offered. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

The T&C define the legal relationship between EasyGO Shuttle & Tours and its website visitors and customers. EasyGO Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
 

3. Animal Policy

  • Only qualified service dogs, as defined under the Service Dogs Act, are permitted on board.

  • No other pets or emotional support animals are allowed.

  • A government-issued service dog certificate or identification must be submitted to info@easygomountainsshuttle.ca at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip for approval.
     

4. Passenger Safety & Comfort Policy

  • Children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat.

  • If passengers are unable to bring their own child safety seat(s), they must notify us by emailing info@easygomountainsshuttle.ca at least 48 hours prior to the trip.

    • EasyGO Shuttle & Tours may be able to provide complimentary child safety seats, subject to availability.

  • Smoking, drug use, or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  • Zero tolerance for unruly, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.

  • Passengers emitting strong or offensive odours, including from personal belongings, may be refused service.

  • The driver reserves the right to remove any passenger from the vehicle, at their discretion, for violations of these policies in the interest of safety and comfort. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
     

5. Scope & Enforcement

These Terms & Conditions are defined according to the specific nature of EasyGO Shuttle & Tours’ transportation and tour services. They are intended to help protect the company from potential legal exposure, subject to applicable local laws and regulations. Legal enforceability may vary by jurisdiction, and customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
